The Plaza opens at 12nn and the Festival will end at approximately 10pm.

This Festival is open to ALL AGES.

VIP SECTION

– Access to the VIP standing area and the VIP seating area will be granted to VIP ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

– Standing sections are open to ages 15 and up.

– Minors (ages 15 to 17) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult/guardian in the same section.

– Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.

– PWDs, Seniors, Pregnant women, and Patrons with medical condition(s) are not allowed in the standing section for safety purposes.

 

GA SECTION

Access to the comfortable seating area located on the left or right side of the Venue will be granted to GA ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

– Seated sections are open to ALL AGES.

– Minors (17 and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult/guardian in the same section.

– Parents/guardians will be responsible for their kids’ safety at all times.

 

The Festival offers open seating and standing arrangements in both VIP & GA sections.
Attendees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Organizer reserves the right to transfer/relocate the PWDs to the appropriate section for safety reasons.
**Valid school ID/Gov’t ID must be presented upon ticket purchase and entry to the Venue.

No food or drink may be brought into the Venue.

BY TRAIN
Make your way to Central station. Catch a light rail service to Moore Park on the L2 Randwick Line or L3 Kingsford Line to get within a short walking distance of Hordern Pavilion. Light rail services leave from Chalmers Street and bring you to the Moore Park stop which is located on Anzac Parade just north of Lang Road.

BY BUS
The following regular route buses run from the city and make stops along Anzac Parade:
○ Routes 338, 374, 376 & 391 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on the bus roadway at Moore Park.
○ Routes 372, 393 & 395 depart from Eddy Avenue stand C. Alight at the first stop on Anzac Parade.

BY LIGHTRAIL
Catch a light rail service to Moore Park on the new L2 Randwick Line to get within short walking distance of the Hordern Pavilion. The Moore Park stop is located on Anzac Parade just north of Lang Road. Services run regularly between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station, Chalmers Street from 5am until 1am on weekdays and weekends.

BY TAXI / RIDESHARE
The Entertainment Quarter operates a managed taxi rank within the site from Errol Flynn Boulevard. Rideshare operators such as Uber can pick-up and drop off patrons on Errol Flynn Boulevard and Driver Avenue when no major stadium events are underway resulting in precinct road closures.

BY CAR
Located just 50 metres from the Venue, the EQ has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. Updated parking rates can be found here.

Please check for major event road closures and major event car parking rates if planning to come by car.

Festival goers may bring small personal ‘point and shoot’ cameras and/or mobile phone cameras to take photos and videos during the Event.  Large format and professional cameras (with detachable lenses) and audio or video recording devices are strictly prohibited.

No, Hordern Pavilion is a CASHLESS venue.
Patrons are encouraged to bring card payments to the Event for purchase of food, drinks and/or merchandise.

There is no specific dress code for the Festival. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and in a manner suitable for the event.

Yes, first aiders will be present at the Festival.

An Asian food festival, Fun Fair and other exciting activities will all be happening at the Plaza in the Venue, beginning 12 nn.

A variety of food stalls offering beverages and different cuisines will be available at the festival.

Any lost and found items/ property shall be surrendered to the Information Desk located in Foyer of the Venue; patrons can complete a “Lost Property” form and submit this at the Information Desk in order to claim their items, or report that they are missing an item/property that might be surrendered throughout the day. Any item/property that has not been claimed by the end of the night may be claimed at the Venue until two (2) weeks from the Event. Please note anything not collected after 2 weeks from date of the event shall be disposed of by the Venue.
